Home Visitation, a Partnership

Everyone Counts

Project A.Y.A.T. has built an environment of support and helpful resources to make sure that PARTNERSHIP with parents is always a priority. Our success is driven by the hearts, minds, and souls of our community.
The objectives of home visitation of learners with special needs are to encourage family support, child health, early intervention, suggest strategies for managing family stress and social isolation; and to communicate on how the learner could cope up during this time of distance learning.
It is expected that the learners with special educational needs will be able to demonstrate desired learning competencies and establish or maintain daily routines that support their academic and social-emotional needs.

Remediation & Accommodation

The adviser of these learners with special needs are working closely with them, assisting them in their modular/blended learning. If additional activity and reading materials are given if needed and necessary. The progress report cards of these learners during their last school year were compiled.
